- Application support for use of your machine, including setup, calibration, auto-start, Lifetest features
Hardware:
- Repair or replacement parts for failures due to workmanship defects and catastrophic failures
- Replacement of RF modules unless damaged from improper use or improper environment exposure
General Support:
- Phone support for hardware troubleshooting down to the box level, or down to the card level if appropriate
- On-site visits for maintenance of hardware
