Software:

• Patches, upgrades, and new releases
• Application support for use of your machine, including setup, calibration, auto-start, Lifetest features

Hardware:

• Repair or replacement parts for failures due to workmanship defects and catastrophic failures
• Replacement of RF modules unless damaged from improper use or improper environment exposure

General Support:

• Phone support for hardware troubleshooting down to the box level, or down to the card level if appropriate
• On-site visits for maintenance of hardware
